Renee Graves Released on $10,000 No-Deposit Bail

(THUNDER BAY, ON) – Appearing handcuffed, Thursday March 14,2019 in Bail Courtroom 104 before Justice of the Peace Zelda Kitchekeesic is 28 year old RENEE JENNIE GRAVES.

GRAVES has long dark hair and a larger than average forehead. She’s very slim and short wearing dark clothing.

She has a young child with Andrew Post who is currently serving a three year plus penitentiary sentence for several crimes.

On Tuesday January 29, 2019 TBPS officers entered a residence to check on the safety of the occupants and observed two males near a toilet where a large amount of a white powdery substance was on the bathroom floor and around the toilet bowl. Plastic bags were also observed to be in the toilet bowl.

The Thunder Bay Police Service’s drug unit later executed a warrant to search the residence. As a result of that search police located a quantity of prescription pills, suspected cocaine and suspected Fentanyl. A grocery bag and duffle bags of currency were also located and seized.

Several people were arrested and charged including RENEE JENNIE GRAVES.

Federal Crown Attorney Alec Hardiejowski and Defence Attorney Michael Hargadon are present for the Bail hearing.

GRAVES has several criminal convictions including a 2017 robbery where a senior citizen was stabbed and she received 1 year in jail. Her crime partner Andrew Post received a 3 year prison sentence.

Her Worship Kitchekeesic orders GRAVES released on a surety recognizance with several conditions. Her mother will be her surety and she must reside at her home on Brock Street in Westfort.

No contact with coaccused.

No drugs .

Curfew 6pm to 8am. Only allowed out after that with surety.

Not be within 100 meters of 77 Limbrick Street.

Her next court appearance will be April 16, 2019.

As per usual practice, no local taxpayer subsidized media is present.

  1. This piece of crap should not be let out on the surety of her mother or anyone else for that matter.
She obviously has not changed her way since her last court appearance so why give her any leniency for her bad behaviour?
What makes them think she will follow her conditions and be a good girl now? Because she has a young child? So does every second young girl in this town. Very foolish of the courts.
How proud her family must be that their precious little girl robbed and stabbed a senior citizen. Maybe she should turn her nastiness and anger on her own mother and grandmother in the same way and leave our seniors alone.
Keep it in the family Renee!!!!
Love the picture though showing her all dolled up and looking like a good little girl! ha! ha! sure!
