(THUNDER BAY, ON) – In an impressive string of illicit drug busts lately, police have knocked down yet another drug house this week.
Reports have hit our newsroom regarding a residence on Frederica Street West near Brown Street having armed police officers storm the home.
Sources indicate that this residence was known for having fentanyl and cocaine being sold out of the building.
Police were still searching the unit around 10:00 pm this evening, and it is believed they breached the door between 7:40 pm and 8:00 pm.
Locals in the area wouldn’t doubt if there were firearms present along with the fentanyl and cocaine.
This unit in particular is a local man, and although he may be linked to out of town gangs, he himself is a local resident.
