Gallucci tells us that he believes the person stopped their vehicle, and ran away on foot, likely evading police efforts.

Numerous police vehicles were initally on scene, including marked and unmarked cruisers. This unfolded shortly after 8:00 pm this evening.

A tow truck was seen towing a red pickup truck from the scene, with multiple police vehicles parked in the area.
