(THUNDER BAY, ON) – It’s Wednesday today and with that comes one more addition to the Wanted Wednesday program. We used to get 4 people a week but the program was reduced to just 1 person a week with police citing its success.

Below is the Thunder Bay Police Service’s Wanted Wednesday program. Photos and some information from the Thunder Bay Police Service.

The following people are currently WANTED on outstanding bench and/or committal warrants by the Thunder Bay Police Service.

47-year-old Jeffrey Brian “Neck Vein” Mayhew is currently WANTED by the Thunder Bay Police Service for an outstanding charge of Assault with a Weapon. Mayhew was wanted about 7 years ago in Sault Ste. Marie for:

  • Assault with a weapon
  • Uttering Death Threats
  • Possession of a Prohibited Weapon
  • Possession of a Weapon Contrary to Court Order
  • Breach of Probation

Mayhew is described as 5’11″ tall weighing 200 pounds with a fair complexion. Sault Ste. Marie Police have previously said that the public should not approach Mayhew as he is considered dangerous and may have a weapon.

On March 28th, 2012 Mayhew was the subject of a Sault Ste. Marie Police media release in which they were seeking the public’s help locating him. On May 12th, 2012 the Sault Ste. Marie Police issued a release notifying the public that Mayhew had been apprehended. Below is the police media release regarding his previous capture.

The accused Jeffrey Brian Mayhew was located in a combined effort by the Sault Ste Marie Police Service’s Patrol Division and Street Team around 8:45 this morning on Trunk Road in Sault Ste. Marie.

He was arrested without incident and has been charged with one count of assault with a weapon, one count of threatening death, one count of possession of a prohibited weapon, one count of possession of a weapon contrary to a court order, and two counts of breach of probation.


31-year-old Dilan “Double Stache” Jacob is wanted by the Thunder Bay Police Service for the following charges:

  • Traffic Controlled Substance
  • Fail to Attend Court

Other than the photo, name and age, police also inform us that Jacob is a male.

41-year-old Kelly “Squintz” Lacaria has had a warrant for his arrest issued. He is wanted for two counts of assault with a weapon. He is described by police as having brown hair with blue eyes, standing 5-foot 5-inches tall and weighing around 168 pounds.

This is Lacaria’s second appearance on the Wanted Wednesday program. He was previously wanted for

  • Unlawfully in a dwelling house
  • Mischief under $5000
  • Assault
  • Unlawful confinement
  • Assault causing bodily harm
