Local Businesses and Citizens Help Neskantaga Evacuees

(THUNDER BAY, ON) – With the recent evacuation of Neskantaga First Nation, some local businesses and citizens have stepped up to help the good people who are here.
Below is a statement released by Thunder Bay Broom & Chemical.

”Thunder Bay Broom is pleased to work closely with Happy Time Tours and Travel and North Star Air to do a donation drive for bottled water for the community of Neskantaga, and the need for infant diapers, baby wipes and other essential needs items for the evacuees that have been brought into our city. We will be working closely with Happy Time Tours and Travel and North Star Air to get the much needed water into the community of Neskantaga and the much needed essential needs items to their community members that have been brought into Thunder Bay.
We want to thank the leadership of Neskantaga First Nation for allowing us to assist their community during this difficult time. Thank you to our social media followers for showing your support, your wonderful ideas are being noticed.
