Court hears allegations that O’NABIGON went into the LCBO on Dawson Road to steal a bottle of Wiser’s whiskey last evening.  He was also arrested for his previous outstanding charges of stealing from the LCBO and failing to attend court.

It’s also alleged that he went from LCBO to Walmart with stolen bottle and tried to steal merchandise there when he resisted an attempt by a Loss Prevention Officer to arrest him.

He was also arrested for his previous outstanding charges of stealing from the LCBO and failing to attend court.

EVEN THOUGH HE WAS WANTED BY THE COURT, THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS IS TOO DAMN LAZY TO PUT OUT A MEDIA RELEASE OR WANTED POSTER.

Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Jennifer Neill remands O’NABIGON into custody at the Thunder Bay Jail. He will make video appearance tomorrow from jail.

(Editor’s note: We have been informed by numerous people that Owen has not left Longlac, and that someone must be using his name. We managed to get a mugshot of the person arrested and they indeed look similar but not quite like Owen. Police are investigating and a fraud charge is likely pending if this turns out to be accurate.)
