(THUNDER BAY, ON) – SECOND DEGREE MURDER SUSPECT ARRESTED AND VICTIM IDENTIFIED.

SUSPECT JEFFREY MILLER (pictured right) HAS NO CRIMINAL RECORD.

VICTIM IS FROM THE OTTAWA AREA AND KNOWN TO BE A DRUG DEALER. (pictured left).

THUNDER BAY POLICE OFFICERS WORKING HARD EVEN IF THEIR CIVILIAN DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS DOESN’T.

In the early morning hours of 30 March 2019 Thunder Bay Police arrested a 41 year old JEFFREY MILLER in relation to the Hilldale Rd. homicide of ROBENSON SAINT JEAN.

MILLER IS HEADED TO THE OVERCROWDED THUNDER BAY JAIL

MILLER is in the process of acquiring the legal services of the brilliant and hard working defence attorney Karen Scullion.

Scullion will head to the jail tomorrow to try meet with MILLER.

MILLER is heavyset and mostly bald with no criminal record.

Inside Edition sources indicate that he works at Lac Des Iles Mine.

MILLER will appear by video from the jail on April 1,2019.

The investigation continues and Police are still encouraging anyone with information to contact the tip line at 684-1055.

A murder charge in Canada means an automatic detention order is issued so he doesn’t have an entitlement to a bail hearing. The next step will be to submit a bail review in front of a Superior Court of Justice.

  1. Can’t help but wonder what went wrong? Was Miller on dope and behind in payments? Did the deceased try to collect, resorted to violence and was overpowered?

    Unusual for a non-gang member to take out a dope dealer. Time will tell.
