(THUNDER BAY, ON) – JUST A ’LITTLE’ CAR THEFT
ALLEGED CAR THIEVES ARRESTED BY HARD WORKING TBPS OFFICERS.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS REMAINS SILENT
Appearing by video this morning Sunday January 20,2019 from the Thunder Bay Police Station is 24 year old JERSEY LITTLE.
It’s W.A.S.H. (Weekend And Statutory Holiday) Court today. Her Worship, Jennifer Neill is presiding. Provincial Crown Tamara Fairchild is here along with Duty Counsel Tyra Ohman.
LITTLE was arrested last evening along with JAMES VANDAL, TREVOR WELLS & SHANE WELLS for being in an allegedly stolen 2005 black Pontiac Grand Prix. The others were arrested, charged and released but LITTLE was held because of outstanding charges.
Pictured above: Shane Wells. Pictured below: Trevor Wells. We have been told that both Wells are related to FWFN Chief Peter Collins and that Trevor has served as a band councillor for 2 years.
The Director of Communications at TBPS did NOT notify the public about this theft or arrest. Just another lazy day for the Director.
LITTLE has outstanding charges from May 8,2018. It’s alleged that JERSEY LITTLE and DEVON WILLIAM BUHSE entered St.Agnes Church on Brown Street. LITTLE is allegedly captured on video trying to rip a donation box off the wall. BUHSE stood as lookout. They were unsuccessful but LITTLE continued on in the church to steal an iMac computer. They were allegedly captured on video walking out of church with the computer at 9:05am.
Later that same day, it’s alleged that LITTLE, BUHSE and BRANDON MICHAEL BOUCHER PLUMPTON entered Max Pawn Shop on Red River Road to pawn the stolen iMac computer for 380$. Their visit to pawn shop is captured on video. LITTLE and BUHSE are allegedly wearing the same clothes as the images on surveillance from church. Inside Edition sources indicate that LITTLE has 3 children and resides on Squaw Bay Road.
LITTLE is released on a recognizance with condition to report to police every Friday. His next court date is February 19,2018 at 1:30pm.
LITTLE is ordered not to contact co-accused or his victims
Another good job by hardworking TBPS officers.
Another massive failure by the Director of Communications at TBPS.
Local taxpayer subsidized media remains silent.
