(THUNDER BAY, ON) – For the second time in 3 months, the same home has been hit by the same criminal who ransacked the place.
What is assumed to be a female entered the home in broad daylight and ransacked the house. They lurked throughout the home taking anything they found value in. At the end of the criminal act, the suspect left the home with all stolen items in arms and left the door wide open.
This is a common occurrence in Thunder Bay since drugs have flooded the town and addiction rates continue to climb while those who are addicted lose any control of their illness and resort to crime to fulfill their thirst for a high. “Car hoppers” are a symptom of a town with an out of control drug addiction, “home hoppers” are first cousins to “car hoppers”.
Thunder Bay Police Service (TBPS) has been contacted but at the time of publishing this article, they have not been able to respond to the call as of yet, due to high-volumes of higher-priority calls being handled such as assaults in progress and robberies that have suspects still on scene.
The owner of the home is clearly sick and tired of this repeatedly happening to their home and is requesting the public to name drop the suspect if they can identify them.
Alternately, once the police begin their investigation they will be seeking information from the public. Anyone who would rather contact them directly are asked to dial 807-684-1200 or if you want some Crime Stoppers money and remain anonymous, reach out to Crime Stoppers via their website at www.p3tips.com/273. You could be eligible for up to $2000 in reward money should your tip lead to the conviction of a criminal. Below is the video:
