  1. Here comes another Gladu release get it of jail free card. He will be out in a year because he had a hard upbringing. #equality

    1. A year? Surely you jest.

This asshole will likely do a few months at best.

Don’t forget, this is Dumpster Bay where chicken shit judges carry out “rubber stamp” Gladue sentencing. His lawyer will whimper and whine about how his parents were drunks and abusive but gave good shotgun lessons.

Oh, and let’s not forget that he’s probably a “good dad” when he’s not incarcerated. He’s probably got half a dozen illegitimate kids with as many mothers being raised by the province.

    2. Exactly.
At the very least this piece of garbage wannabe thug, will be off the street for a year.

Imagine that, he was on probation… that’s a shocker.

    3. Unfortunately you’re correct. Between Gladu our LESS than HARSH legal system and nowhere to put them as jail is severely over capacity and under staffed he’ll get out on time served and probably go home to a welfare check waiting for him to start it all over again! Total BS

  2. I don’t like that some of these individuals get released on the account of historical factors! I understand things happened in the past, but it gives absolutely NO excuse for anyone to act out violently and put others at risk!

If the judge allows this individual out and he ends up harming anyone, I would reconsider suing HIM and the COURTS!

    Lil Angel

  3. Perfect subjects for electo-shock therapy…damn government abolished it saying it is too inhumane. Wait! This is humanity???

  4. 10-90-100.

This guy is nothing but a dangerous burden to society. A history of violence and most likely other criminality and welfare fraud.

What possible chance is there of rehabilitation for this asshole? If he lives until he’s 60, he might smarten up by then. At the rate he’s going, chances are he probably won’t make it past 30. Which is a good thing.
