    1. It means that Dumpster Bay is still a very violent place to live compared to normal civilized towns/cities in the rest of Canada. Rest assured that there is a direct correlation between communities with excessive violence and a certain demographic.

      90% of the violence is caused by 10% of the population 100% of the time.

    1. It is more like living in a communist country where you are unable to express your opinions and the elite reap the benefits while the workers starve.
