(THUNDER BAY, ON) – Allegations arose that 31-year-old Katie Methot was out on bail with a condition to remain in her residence at all times and failed to do so on December 4th, 2019. She was previously released after being charged with trafficking cocaine, meth, and various other charges that we go into detail via our previous article posted at the end of this article.

Methot was arrested by the Thunder Bay Police Service (TBPS) and appeared in a Thunder Bay Courthouse courtroom on December 11th, 2019. Justice of the Peace Jennifer Neill was presiding along with Crown Attorney Manon Arbour and a duty counsel worker.

She’s facing a single charge of breaching her bail conditions and was not granted release that day. She is now scheduled to appear back in court today, Thursday, December 12th, 2019 for another swing at being released.

HISTORY article dated november 16th, 2019

(SIOUX LOOKOUT, ON) – Not long after this duo was arrested under drug trafficking allegations, they have found their way back behind bars. 31-year-old Katie Methot and 30-year-old Samantha Chikane appeared in a Thunder Bay courtroom this morning via telephone call from the Sioux Lookout detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police.

They were located together in Southworth Township, despite their previous drug bust resulting in them being ordered not to be in contact with each other. Allegations are that they were in possession of crystal meth and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

Justice of the Peace Marcel Donio was presiding this morning over court matters along with Federal Crown Attorney Alec Hardiejowski, Provincial Crown Attorney Derrick “The Hammer” Silvestro and a duty counsel lawyer.

Both women are facing the following charges:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking (crystal meth).
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine).
  • Breaching bail conditions (not to contact each other).

Both Crowns stand united and state that both women are in a reverse-onus situation, meaning that they will have to satisfy the courts as to why they should be released from jail.

Duty counsel requests for both women to return to court on Monday in Sioux Lookout to have another swing at being released. Sources indicate that Chikane may be pregnant.

As the court appearance is finishing, Chikane indicates that she is pregnant.

OUELETTE appeared in bail court on Friday, November 8, 2019. The other accused are to appear in the Kenora Court on December 12, 2019 to answer to the charges.

Sources indicate that Chikane was in a Jeep with a convicted killer when they had a collision. The police showed up and found a quantity of drugs. Chikane was released while the driver was held in custody. Soon after, she contacted Katie Methot to pick her up. This bust is allegedly the result of that meeting. This bust has ties to the Broadmore Ave trap house raid, the Robertsen street raid, which also had the home owner walk free soon after, and southern Ontario gang members. Chikane just keeps getting released from jail…..

Chikane is no stranger to being busted with drugs. Back in 2010 she was arrested at the Thunder Bay Internationl Airport with oxy’s.

Ouellette has some history too. More on that from this article we published in April of 2018.

    1. those filthy crackheads are walking concoctions of all kinds of communicable diseases. Syphilis, gonorrhoea, hep A-Z, tuberculosis, AIDS, etc. are just some of the gifts they bear. I’d cross to the other side of the street to avoid these infected pigs.

And I certainly wouldn’t go within 100 miles of the same tattoo parlours that they use.

  1. How perfect would it be if her name was Crystal METHot? With that name I bet she’d be a professional at working a pole (stripper pole, get you minds out of the gutter boys).
