Impaired Operation, Racing and Cannabis Charges


(THUNDER BAY, ON) – On September 20, 2019, at approximately 2:25 p.m., an officer from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on patrol on Highway 11/17 in the Municipality of Shuniah, when the officer observed the driver of a motor vehicle commit a traffic violation.

The officer conducted a traffic stop and while speaking with the driver, it was determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol.


The driver was arrested and further tests were conducted.

26-year-old Tyler WEILBRENNER DYSIEVECK, from Conmee Township, was arrested and charged with:

  • Operate a Motor Vehicle While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80 mgs of Alcohol contrary to section 320.14(1)(b) contrary to the Criminal Code.
  • Race a Motor Vehicle – Excessive Speed contrary to section 172(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
  • Drive Vehicle or Boat with Cannabis Readily Available contrary to section 12(1) of the Cannabis Control Act.

WEILBRENNER DYSIEVECK is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay on September 27, 2019 to answer to the charges.

    Maybe he can muster up enough sensibility to keep himself from totally f—–g up his pathetic life.
