(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial (OPP) received a traffic complaint of suspicious vehicles at a park situated on the south side of Kenora. The complaint was reported at approximately 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 18, 2019.

Upon further investigation, police learned that a female pedestrian was struck by one of the All-Terrain Vehicle’s (ATV). The female was transported to the hospital and sustained non-life threatening injuries.

As a result of this investigation, 19 year old Josh WILSON from Kenora has been charged with:

  • Dangerous Operation.
  • Trespassing at Night.
  • Theft Under $5,000.

He is to appear in Kenora Court on September 26, 2019 to answer to the charges.

The female youth has been charged with:

  • Dangerous Operation causing Bodily Harm.
  • Fail to Stop at Accident resulting in Bodily Harm.
  • Trespassing at Night.

She is to appear in Kenora court on September 24, 2019 to answer to the charges.

The male youth has been charged with:

  • Dangerous Operation.
  • Trespassing at Night.
  • Theft under $5,000.

He is to appear in Kenora court on September 24, 2019 to answer to the charges.
