(THUNDER BAY, ON) – 31-year-old Raffaele Michael Mihaljevic was once again arrested and held in jail. Allegations are that he breached his bail conditions which was forcing him to be home between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Officers with the Thunder Bay Police Service (TBPS) arrested, charged, and held Mihaljevic in their custody pending his morning court appearance. Before court this morning, his mother could be overheard in the hallways talking about how he had her phone on him when he got arrested and that she wanted it back. I guess his phone is under his mom’s name or something?

He appeared in a Thunder Bay Courthouse courtroom this morning via video link from the TBPS station located on Balmoral Street. Justice of the Peace Zelda Kitchekeesic was presiding over court this morning along with Crown Attorney Manon Arbour and stellar duty counsel Stella Vallelungo. Raff is charged with the following:

  • Breaching bail conditions (curfew 11:00 pm to 7:00 am).
  • Breaching probation order (keep the peace and be of good behaviour).

Raff is headed to the Thunder Bay District Jail once again, where he is set to sit until at least Monday, where he has another court date scheduled and is no doubt hoping to get released at that time.
