DRUG BUST: Cocaine and Fentanyl Bust


(THUNDER BAY, ON) – Officers on uniform patrol have made an arrest surrounding the drug trafficking trade in Thunder Bay. A suspect was found to be in possession of cocaine and fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking.

a 19-year-old Jayden Cardee (spelling not confirmed) has been arrested by officers with the Thunder Bay Police Service (TBPS) and was held for a court appearance this morning.

He appeared in court this morning via video link from the TBPS Balmoral Street station. Justice of the Peace Jennifer Neill was presiding along with Federal Crown Attorney Ron Poirier and criminal defence lawyer Jilbert Lebine.

Cardee is facing two charges stemming from the incident on December 3rd, 2019:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine).
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl).

Cardee is not released from jail today and is scheduled to return to court on December 10th, 2019 for another chance at bail.

    Can’t help but wonder if these shit-for-brains fools have any idea of how they will be negatively impacting their lives with a criminal record? Legitimate work will be hard to get, family and friend will be embarrassed and possibly shunned, international travel will be out of the picture.
