4 Busted Drug Trafficking – Ties to TBay

(KAPUSKASING, ON) – On the morning of September 6, 2019, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB) executed aControlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant at a residence on De L’Etang Boulevard inthe Town of Kapuskasing, Ontario and on a motor vehicle on Front Street in the Town of Hearst, Ontario.

The occupants of the residence and of the motor vehicle were arrested.

Police have seized suspected controlled substances, a firearm and ammunition, drug paraphernalia and Canadian currency with a combined estimated street value of $17,000.

Ronald LANDRIAULT, (main photo) 46-years-old, of Kapuskasing, Ontario with ties to Thunder Bay,  has been charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine contrary to section 5(2) CDSA,
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine contrary to section 5(2) CDSA,
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Oxycodone contrary to section 5(2) CDSA,
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC), and
  • Two counts of Careless Storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited Device or Ammunition contrary to section 86(1) CC.

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kapuskasing, Ontario, on November 28, 2019, to answer to the charges.
Tricia ANDERSON-LANDRIAULT, (main photo) 50-years-old, of Kapuskasing, Ontario with ties to Thunder Bay has been charged with the following offences:

Keven LAVIGNE-ROUSSEAU, 30-years-old, of Fauquier, Ontario, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine contrary to section 5(2) CDSA and Possession of Illicit Cannabis contrary to section 8(1) of the Cannabis Act (CA).
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kapuskasing, Ontario, on October 28, 2019, to answer to the charges.
Stefan LIZOTTE, 41-years-old, of Kapuskasing, Ontario, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Oxycodone contrary to section 5(2) CDSA and Possession of Illicit Cannabis contrary to section 8(1) CA.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kapuskasing, Ontario, on October 28, 2019, to answer to the charges.
