(ROCKY BAY FIRST NATION, ON) – Reports are coming into our newsroom regarding a single-vehicle collision on Highway 11 this afternoon.
Sources say that a car left the roadway and collided with a rock-cut on Highway 11 near Rocky Bay First Nation.
The vehicle is said to have sustained heavy damage.
Two occupants of the vehicle, a male and female, were injured in the crash. The woman appears to have been much more seriously injured.
Paramedics and police have responded to the scene.
The male exited the vehicle and has since been picked up and placed in an ambulance. The woman is in serious yet unknown condition.
