What does Thunder Bay think about overpopulation?
This is becoming one of the biggest threats to the world as we know it. Not only is overpopulation an issue of space as well as water and food quantity, it is a danger to the environment as well. How do you think the Western world should be addressing this issue?
My solution is for a shift into a pro-abortion form of collective consciousness. The West has been leaning more and more towards liberal values as time goes on, I see this as a natural progression of things. As abortion becomes more common place and more socially acceptable it makes sense that we should incentivize the act of abortion.
Perhaps paying women a decent sum of cash for going in for an abortion? I think foodstuffs may also be a good reward, but I worry that food wouldn’t be enough to convince women to terminate their pregnancy.
We should also avoid paying women too much for terminating their child, as it could lead to women making careers out of the abuse of the abortion incentive system. It would be a hard balance to strike, but I think with a strong government, Canada could really do it. Much to think about.
